- Gates open at noon daily.
- Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands. The wristband will let you come and go as you please. Wristbands must NOT be tampered with and must be worn at all times. They are property of TMRF and can be removed by staff at any time.
- Purses, bags, and possibly persons are subject to searches.
- Lawn chairs may be brought to the concert area. Lounge chairs will not be allowed. Please do not have anything on your chair that obstructs another’s view.
- Food and drink vendors will take Thunder Bucks for purchases only. Your cash can be exchanged at one of many booths once you are on site.
- No firearms or weapons of any kind are allowed on the concert or camping areas.
- No motorized vehicles allowed in the concert area.
- No coolers, video cameras, umbrellas allowed in the concert area.
- No drinks or food can be brought inside the concert area or out of the concert area.
- No pets allowed. We strongly recommend that you leave young children at home also.
- No one under 21 is allowed to consume alcohol in the concert area or campgrounds. In order to purchase alcohol you must have a 21 and over wristband. You can and will be carded even though you have a 21 and over wristband so always keep your ID on you. If you do not have an ID and are carded your drink will be dumped and your wristband cut off. You will not receive another one until you provide the appropriate ID.
- Unauthorized soliciting on site will result in possible merchandise seizures and those involved will be evicted and charged. This includes the campgrounds.
- Thunder Mountain RockFest is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, theft, and damage to personal property, or injury.
- Persons engaging in violent obscene or unruly behavior will be removed. They may be subject to arrest.
- No refunds. It is a rain or shine event. Bands and times subject to change.
- Treat everyone, including security with respect.
Camping
- No Firearms, fireworks, illegal substances, pets, ATV’s, Golf carts, underage drinking. Anyone drinking alcohol must have an ID on them.
- All vehicles must have a pass or they will be towed.
- You may have campfires as long as they are in a container. Absolutely no digging a fire pit. Wood must be bought on site to prevent the spread of disease.
- No refunds will be given.
